Working with children always provides an engaging, dynamic, and rewarding experience. At Worldwide Kids, we offer the opportunity to provide children and families with a memorable experience. We work in the hotel sector in some of the most beautiful locations in Europe. But working with WK is so much more.
At Worldwide Kids we pride ourselves on taking hotel kids clubs to another level and have developed our own unique approach to caring for children. We’ve taken the wealth of experience within WK team (who have worked with children of all ages, all over the world, in a variety of sectors) and combined this with educational theory, research and principles that support our childcare ethos.
Worldwide Kids clubs are a hub of energy and excitement where we focus on children’s development. We provide a safe environment for children to flourish, developing their social skills through interactions with each other, and our WK teams.
Our childcare is split into three age ranges: Creche, Kids Club, and Teens Club. In our Creches we care for children between the ages of 4 months and 3 years, ensuring we follow their individual routines and allow them to engage in both structured and self-led play.
WK Kids Clubs are also the setting for children aged 4-8 and 9-12 years, to explore our specifically designed activities with new friends.
WK Teens Clubs welcome young adults aged 13- 17 to join in with trying something new, building their confidence in sports and skills, or just simply enjoying the opportunity to socialise away from their parents!
As an employee of Worldwide Kids, you will experience being part of a diverse, international team. You will be supported by your team in resort, as well as the wider WK team, to deliver exceptional childcare in a fun and positive environment. WK also covers your flights, accommodation, and meals for the duration of your employment, and invests in your development with initial and ongoing training. We will even give you the opportunity to work towards a bespoke City&Guilds certification.
With a busy daily schedule from morning until evening, you have plenty of time to create an unforgettable experience for the children you work with. You and your team will promote the WK ethos through creating and delivering exciting activities that are safe, fun, encourage learning, and allow children to experience the world with a focus culture and sustainability.
Worldwide Kids knows that each child is unique, and therefore we believe that each child’s experience should be unique. We achieve this through developing positive relationships with both children and their families. We take an interest in the guests, their needs, preferences and experiences, and apply these to our interactions. We are open and respectful and display integrity in every interaction with both children and their families.
Through these relationships, we build a sense of trust with parents who can relax knowing that their children are safely enjoying our activities. This is the ‘WK way’.
But it’s not all work! Your day off is your time to spend as you wish and with WK you will be able to enjoy it in beautiful surroundings. Imagine exploring those perfect Insta shot locations in your rented soft top jeep or experiencing the incredible diving in the Mediterranean or Aegean, hiking through spectacular trails, or watching the sun set behind Mount Olympus.
Most of our WK team have been there and done it, and it’s our personal recommendation that our staff immerse themselves into the culture, traditions, language, and food that they are surrounded by during a season abroad. There is no better way to experience a country than to embrace the basics of their language and try their local dishes!
A role with Worldwide Kids gives you the opportunity to discover somewhere new and create those unforgettable moments for yourself, your team, and the families you work with. We are very proud that many of our staff return each year for a new adventure as they learn and develop with us.
So if you’re professional, positive, ready to embrace something new and excited for an adventure, we think it’s time to choose your dream role and apply! MILLIE NOYCE
