Booking Terms & Conditions

WK Management Consulting GmbH & its brands Worldwide Kids, Luxury Childcare Association and Little Guest Collection, hereby referred to as WKMC:

General Overview

  • WKMC does not operate the childcare service on behalf of the hotel.
  • Childcare facilities and equipment have been audited by WKMC, with recommendations provided for improvements.
  • The hotel’s childcare team has completed WKMC full childcare training course.
  • All hotels audited by WKMC agree to operate according to WKMC-advised space and care ratios.
  • All bookings made via this booking service are provided directly by the hotel. By using this service, you enter into a direct contract with the hotel. WKMC is not a party to that contract.

Booking, Cancellation & Attendance

  1. Childcare bookings via the DSP (Digital Safety Platform) system can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance by contacting the hotel childcare manager or editing your booking online. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to the session cost, charged to your room.
  2. If a child misses two consecutive booked sessions, remaining bookings may be cancelled. The hotel childcare team will attempt to contact you before doing so.
  3. Childcare sessions are popular and may have waiting lists. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the session start time, your space may be allocated to another child.
  4. A non-refundable booking fee is charged per child per booking . This confirms your reservation of WKMC-accredited childcare services operated by the hotel. No further fees apply for booking edits.
  5. Login details will be sent automatically to allow online edits and registration completion.
  6. WKMC does not store payment details or share customer information with third parties.
  7. Payable childcare services (e.g., Crèche or Academies) will be added to your hotel room bill and settled upon departure.
  8. Bookings may be subject to price or schedule changes
  9. Booking confirmations are sent instantly via email. If not received, please check your spam or junk folder.

Operational Standards

  1. WKMC-accredited children’s clubs are operated by the hotel and follow strict carer-to-child and space-per-child ratios.
  2. Waiting list requests are not guaranteed. The hotel childcare manager monitors demand and adjusts staffing where possible.
  3. Booked spaces may be forfeited if arrival is more than 15 minutes late.
  4. Ill children cannot be accepted into clubs. Admission may be refused without refund unless 24 hours’ notice is given or the space is filled.
  5. Parents/guardians must confirm that previously ill children are fit to rejoin activities.
  6. Entry may be refused for children displaying antisocial or unsafe behaviour.
  7. Please inform the childcare manager of any special considerations (e.g., allergies, additional needs) via the booking notes or online registration form.

Babysitting Services

  1. Private babysitting can be arranged via the hotel childcare manager. By making a request, you accept the Babysitting Terms & Conditions.
  2. Babysitting is fulfilled by trained hotel childcare staff or local babysitters certified by WKMC. Advance requests are recommended. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice or a minimum 2-hour charge may apply.

BABYSITTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

WK Management Consulting GmbH – Private Babysitting Arrangements

  1. WKMC acts as an introduction service between parents and babysitters. Babysitters are trained by WKMC.
  2. Contracts for babysitting services are between the parent and the babysitter. WKMC and the hotel are not parties to this contract.
  3. WKMC and the hotel do not assume responsibility for babysitter services and make no guarantees regarding service quality.
  4. Parents are responsible for verifying identity, supervision, and engagement terms of babysitters.
  5. These terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between WKMC, the hotel, and the parent.
  6. Parents shall indemnify WKMC and the hotel against any claims arising from disputes or breaches of these terms.
  7. Strict adult-to-child ratios apply. If exceeded, additional babysitters will be required.
  8. Babysitting incurs an hourly fee. Rates vary by hotel and are payable either directly to the babysitter or charged to your room.
  9. By requesting and receiving babysitting services, you accept these terms.
