As a Crèche Assistant, you should be Crèche/Early Years Qualified, Level 2/3 or equivalent, and at least two years of experience working with children aged 4 months to 4 years. The ideal candidate is a supportive, flexible team player with a strong “can-do” approach, dedicated to ensuring that every child enjoys a fun and safe holiday experience.

As a Crèche Supervisor, you should be Crèche/Early Years Qualified, Level 2/3 or equivalent and bring a minimum of two years’ experience working with children aged 4 months to 4 years. In this leadership role, you will guide and support the crèche team, ensuring high standards of care and smooth daily operations.

As a Kids Club Activity Leader, you will create fun, safe, and engaging activities for children aged 4–17, using the resort’s facilities to deliver creative, physical, and cognitive programmes. You’ll assist in the daily running of the club, support the team, liaise with parents, and help ensure smooth operations while maintaining high safety standards.

As a Kids Club Activity Supervisor for Worldwide Kids, you’ll support the Childcare Manager and senior team in delivering a safe, fun, and dynamic program for children aged 4–12. You’ll lead and motivate an international childcare staff, plan creative, physical, and cognitive activities, and oversee the day-to-day running of the kids club. Excellent communication skills, a proactive and positive attitude, and at least two years’ experience working with large groups of children are required.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in sports or activity instruction, as you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of the resort’s facilities. From scuba diving and water sports to football tournaments and boat trips, you’ll lead and supervise action-packed activities that ensure Teens have an unforgettable holiday experience.

The Childcare Manager ensures exceptional service for our guests while leading the hotel’s childcare team. You will oversee all aspects of the department, providing safe, engaging activities for children and teens (4 months–17 years) and maintaining operational excellence throughout the season.
