Very helpful, warm, caring and always time to talk. My girls preferred to spend the last day at the children’s ark than with us so that says it all! Brilliant facilities and activities. Wrist bands and t-shirts to distinguish them when outside the ark was reassurance that safety was very important and taken very seriously. Totally brilliant, very accommodating staff and I felt my children were safe and they had lots of fun.
