Staff were all very professional, attentive and caring. List of activities offered was good but wasn’t sure which ones he did each day. An additional soft jungle gym / climbing frame and slides under the canopy outside would be good but everything seemed to serve it’s purpose. We could completely relax by the pool knowing Charlie was in a very safe environment and being well looked after. Replace the black rubber matting in outside play area. The black came off all over hands, legs, clothes etc. Apart from this everything was excellent.
