Grace was exceptional and obviously it was a bonus that she was English (like us) as our son immediately warmed to her. Dash really loved all the arts and crafts. The beach deck is great, and it was also a bonus that the hotel had a playground. We felt extremely relaxed knowing that Grace and Ieva were in charge of our son. They are both lovely and sensible! The kids club was perfect for our stay. Only request would be for it to run from 3pm and not 4pm as our son was so keen to get back after lunch! Thank you so much!
