Claire and Mark were fantastic with Zack. Creche staff were lovely with Tobi. All staff surpassed our expectations. Possibly a swimming session purely for novice swimmers would make them feel a bit more involved, but overall everything offered Zack enjoyed there has a good variety and it was all current stuff e.g. Olympics etc. Very well through out. 30 minute beach session were excellent idea. Play areas were of a high standard and looked quite new. Safety seemed of a high standard, this has reassuring to all parents. Just need to ensure that staff are engaged with all children at the pool during afternoon swimming sessions. Had noticed children who couldn’t swim sometimes looked left out. Overall an extremely positive and excellent experience. All staff worked hard created a good rapport with children. Claire was reassuring, professional and friendly. Mark was mature, professional and this gave a good impression to us as parents of very young children.
