Very friendly, warm and responsive to Delyth. Flexible and adaptable to family needs. Excellent support and advice from manager, felt reassured. Activities seemed variable and age appropriate. Good number of activities in one session to develop key skills. Staff all seemed genuinely interested in ensuring the children had fun. Environment had been made fun and inviting by staff. Probably always chance to update/renew toys/equipment. Would be good for indoor pool/water play for babies. Staff seemed very keen to ensure children were safe at all points.  Brilliant Service, felt at ease and happy to leave young daughter with competent staff team. Big thank you to Yana for being a star and making us feel ok with going out for the evening, great holiday.
