All the staff are very welcoming and helpful, they always have time to answer questions and tell you about the day. There are a wide range of activities that suit everyone with a good mix of inside and outside activities. There is a lot for them to play with and it is always very clean. I would choose a hotel Worldwide Kids Company over another if I was going away.
