Just a short note to say a big thank you to you and all your colleagues (Olivia and Jasmine in particular) at the cool zone for making Frankie’s holiday such good fun… and consequently OUR holiday such good fun!

Both Kirsti and I both felt that Frankie received the best of care and affection whilst she was in crèche and we all appreciated how flexible and accommodating you were when we were considering our daily plans.  We did come round to see you on Friday morning before you left, but only Jean was around.  Frankie wanted to say good bye to you all (“bye bye” being one of the four key words in her vocabulary), so we were sorry to miss you.
