Very friendly and helpful, caring, competent, efficient and approachable. Claire and her team were very efficient and friendly. I felt like I was leaving Jake at his nursery at home (which I love) straight away.  It is hard to combine all the above qualities with love immediately but they all did it. So you have trust them from the out set.
