The staff dealt brilliantly with our baby who was very upset to begin with but enjoying herself after a couple of days. Sophie enjoyed all the playground trips. There is lots of room inside and out and plenty to play with. Outside does look a bit unwelcoming though – maybe brighten it up – plants? colours? Thank you!
