Staff all seemed pleasant, friendly & energetic. Very impressed with the written report on the sessions activities & was not expecting such serious attention and supervision. An excellent full range of activities that I would expect from a full time nursery in London! Large impressive indoor space, good outdoor playground and nice to see healthy snacks provided as well. The best crèche I have seen at any hotel, we didn’t use it much but the last time we went was because Charlie said he preferred it to the swimming pool!
