Always were polite and were smartly dressed had a lovely manner and were smiling. Plenty of activities to do and made use of all the facilities i.e. children went to the beach to do sand castles. Lots of toys available indoor and lovely grass area outside. Can visually see lots of staff around also locks on gates and tubs for children’s belongings. You could offer a dinner time service for younger children not only for 4 yr+. Overall very happy with service and felt comfortable leaving my child with the staff. Imogen enjoyed it too.
