The staff were always polite, friendly and on-hand at all times, constantly putting our mind at ease. Always plenty going on. The girls were always very enthusiastic about their trips out & about. Safety has clearly been considered both in the nursery & when out & about always plenty of supervision on duty. Above all the Melissa Club was excellently organised providing peace of mind throughout our holiday. The babysitting service was also fantastic.
