Successful completion of Tier 1 training allows learners to undertake the next phase in their development.

This course supports learners in exploring the safety and operational considerations of working with children within a luxury environment.  It builds on the essential knowledge and skills gained in Tier 1, allowing staff to undertake their role with an in-depth understanding of how to provide excellent childcare.  Learning focuses on providing a safe, engaging, inclusive, and positive environment for children and offering a luxury service for families.

With the same blended learning format as Tier 1, and following the bespoke WK LEARN structure, childcare team members can build their confidence working with children of all ages and abilities and delivering engaging, exciting activities.

This course also looks specifically at areas such as working with Children with Additional Needs, The Theory of Play, and providing A Luxury Family Service.
