This course introduces childcare team members to the fundamental safety and operational considerations of working with children within a luxury environment. It ensures essential knowledge and skills, allowing staff to undertake their role to the highest standards. Learning focuses on safety, positively engaging children, and building strong relationships with families.

The blended learning format supports current best practice in learning with enhanced learner engagement as information is contextualised and applied directly to their roles. Learners will be required to demonstrate their ongoing implementation of learning in the form of a Personal Evidence Record (PER) to gain the City & Guilds accredited certification.
