This training course has been designed to meet the needs of resorts who want to ensure that all staff have the confidence to engage positively with children and families; enhancing the holiday experience, no matter the job role.
Children should have the same excellent experience as the rest of the family on holiday, and all departments must work consistently to exceed the expectations of families.
Whether it’s an unruly restaurant or tantrums in the lobby, this course will give Front of House team members the confidence to approach tricky situations, support parents and have fun with the children.
Modules covered include Keeping Kids Safe, Happy Kids & Happy Parents- Behaviour Management and some basic Peadiatric First Aid.
