1. INTERPRETATION
The definitions in this condition apply in the terms and conditions set out in this document
“We” or “Us” refers to Worldwide Kids GmbH
“You” and “Your” refers to the customer.
“Supplier” refers to Worldwide Kids GmbH chosen supplier.
“Goods” refers to all items.
“Quote” refers to list of items with costs.
“Order” refers to your order for the Goods.
“Carriage” refers to the transport of the goods from the supplier to the customer.
“Writing” or “Written” includes faxes and e-mail.
2. QUOTATION AND ORDER
2.1 The Quote will be converted into an Order once we have received Written confirmation that you wish to go ahead with the items quoted. Only upon the receipt of cleared funds Worldwide Kids GmbH will place the order with the chosen supplier.
2.2 Worldwide Kids GmbH quotes are valid for a period of 30 calendar days from its issue date, unless we notify you in writing that we have withdrawn it during this period. If we receive confirmation after the validation period, you will be subject to any price changes which will be confirmed in writing.
2.3 These Terms become binding on you and us when, we issue you with written acceptance of an Order.
2.4 By converting the Quote into an Order you agree to using our Suppliers listed and will be subject to Terms and Conditions set out by them.
2.5 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. You will be subject to the policies and terms in force at the time of your Order.
3. DELIVERY
3.1 All delivery times are estimates (2 weeks for domestic & 12-16 weeks for international deliveries) and vary dependent on location & availability. We can advise you of more precise dates at the time of order.
3.2 If our suppliers are not able to deliver the whole of your Order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, Goods will be delivered in installments. This client is understanding this and understand that this will incur additional shipping fees. In this case we will communicate this with you for confirmation, prior to the first shipment leaving the supplier.
3.3 Goods will purchased from EU suppliers to ensure no additional import and customs fees are applicable. If you are directly charged any additional fees upon delivery, you must inform Us within 7 days.
3.4 If the delivery of the Goods does not arrive on your expected delivery date you must notify us within 7 days.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 We require the full amount in cleared funds before any order will be placed with the Supplier.
4.2 The responsibility to cover any bank charges incurred due to currency falls to You.
4.3 Carriage cost will be invoiced separately to the value of the Goods once confirmed by our Supplier, their agent or our freight forwarder.
5. DEFECTIVE OR MISSING GOODS AND RETURNS
In the unlikely event that any of the goods are defective or appear to have parts missing, you must notify us within 7 days of the receipt of the Goods. Failure to notify us within 7 days will invalidate any claim with regards to the Goods. Following the notification we will raise an investigation with the Supplier.

3. DELIVERY

3.2 Within our shipping quotes we include Delivery charge from supplier to our freight forwarder, Recieving and Processing Fee, Storage Fee, Consolidation Fee and Palletization and Handling fee. Because goods are the responsibility of Worldwide Kids until they are delivered to you, we insist on shipping goods to you via our approved freight forwarder. This is not negotiable. If you prefer to arrange shipping via an alternative forwarder, Worldwide Kids cannot procure goods for you.
3.3 If our suppliers are not able to deliver the whole of your Order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, Goods will be delivered in installments. This client is understanding this and understand that this will incurr additional shipping fees.
3.4 Where possible Worldwide Kids will offer DPD shipping for your goods. If we are unable to offer this due to the delivery location, You are responsible for providing and arranging a broker. Your chosen broker must work alongside Our freight forwarder and inform Us of any relevant documentation and information required.
3.5 If the delivery of the Goods does not arrive on your expected delivery date you must notify us within 7 days.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 An Invoice for the cost of the Goods will be raised when the Quote is converted into an Order. A 15% administration charge for order handling (15% of the value of the goods excluding carriage) is added to the invoice. This invoice should be paid in full before the payment date stated on the invoice.
4.2 We require the full amount in cleared funds before any order will be placed with the Supplier.
4.3 The responsibility to cover any bank charges incurred due to currency or sender fees falls to You.
4.4 Carriage cost will be invoiced separately to the value of the Goods once confirmed by our Supplier or their agents.

5.2 Worldwide Kids GmbH shipping costs includes insurance. In the unlikely event that a claim is necessary the client is liable to pay the insurance excess and Worldwide Kids will handle the claim. Worldwide Kids should be notified of any anomallies within 7 days of delivery.
