Last month, Worldwide Kids provided on-site childcare training in Mauritius for three prestigious resorts, helping teams enhance their expertise in luxury hospitality childcare.
Childcare teams at The St. Regis Le Morne Resort, Le Meridien Ile Maurice, and The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa successfully completed our International Childcare for Leisure & Tourism and Paediatric First Aid programmes. The sessions, delivered by Head of Training & Development Abbie Clark and Consultant Sarah Rickert, focused on child safety, professional standards, and delivering a child-centred hospitality experience.

The training covered a wide range of topics essential for high-quality hospitality childcare, including safeguarding, behaviour management, activity planning, emergency response, and positive family engagement. Each team also underwent comprehensive health and safety audits, ensuring their facilities and procedures meet the rigorous standards expected by the Luxury Childcare Association.
Following successful completion, all three resorts are now proud members of the Luxury Childcare Association, reflecting their commitment to excellence in childcare provision within the luxury hospitality sector.

Worldwide Kids continues to support hotels and resorts globally, offering expertise in facility design, staff training, operational consultancy, and programme implementation. Our team’s child-centred approach ensures that children can play, learn, and thrive, while families enjoy peace of mind and an exceptional stay experience.
By combining over 35 years of experience in both childcare and hospitality, Worldwide Kids helps resorts deliver safe, professional, and engaging childcare services that meet the expectations of discerning guests worldwide.
