We are delighted to share that Worldwide Kids has been named Best Luxury Hospitality Childcare Consultancy 2026 at the Parent & Baby Awards, hosted by LUXlife Magazine. The award celebrates the brands and professionals shaping the future of family wellbeing, from newborn care and nursery design to early-years learning and bespoke family travel experiences, and we’re honoured to be recognised among them.
Three decades of setting the standard
For more than 30 years, we have worked with resorts and hotels around the world to develop and elevate their childcare offering, from concept and facility design through to staff training, recruitment, and day-to-day service standards. Our clients include some of the most recognised names in luxury travel.
This recognition comes at a significant moment for us. In 2025, we launched the Luxury Childcare Association (LCA), an accreditation programme designed to give luxury family travel its own benchmark of quality. Properties seeking LCA membership must meet rigorous criteria covering facilities, staffing levels, and safety protocols, and commit to ongoing annual training through our Virtual Learning Environment. Member hotels display an LCA plaque outside their kids’ club as a visible mark of that commitment.
Since launch, our membership has continued to grow, with recent additions including Mangia’s Hotels & Resorts in Italy, Vomo Island Fiji, D Maris Bay in Turkey, and Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas in Malaysia, joining an already global portfolio that spans destinations such as the Gstaad Palace in Switzerland and Gennadi Grand Resort in Greece.
Why this award matters to us
The Parent & Baby Awards 2026 reflect a growing demand from families for trusted, high-quality support at every stage of the parenting journey. Within luxury travel specifically, we’ve seen childcare quality become a genuine factor in where families choose to stay, no longer an afterthought, but a core part of the guest experience. This award affirms the work we’ve put into professionalising an area of hospitality that, until relatively recently, lacked any independent standard of quality comparable to those long applied to dining, wellness, or accommodation.
For our hotel and resort partners, this recognition reinforces the value of working with us to differentiate their family offering, strengthen guest confidence, and support commercial performance. For parents, we hope it offers an added layer of reassurance when choosing a luxury destination for their family.
Looking ahead
Off the back of this win, we remain focused on expanding the Luxury Childcare Association’s global footprint and continuing to raise the bar for what luxury family travel can look like, ensuring that luxury hospitality is as enriching for children as it is for adults.
We’d like to thank LUXlife Magazine and the Parent & Baby Awards for this recognition, and our partner hotels and resorts for their continued commitment to excellence in family care.
