Modules include Childcare Safety Fundamentals, Policies and Procedures, Health and Safety, Documentation, Safeguarding, Risk Assessments, Swimming with Children, Activity Planning and Delivery, Food and Beverage and Babysitting.

Learners builds on their knowledge and skills, exploring their role and the delivery of excellence in childcare through an in-depth understanding of topics, focused on providing a safe, engaging, and inclusive experience for children and families.

Modules include Effective Implementation of Policies and Documents, The Journey of Childhood, Playing to Learn, Positive Interactions and Children’s Well Being, Children with Additional Needs and Planning, Adapting, and Leading Quality Activities.

Tier 3 focuses on professional and personal growth, teaching childcare staff to review, evaluate, and improve childcare services. Through theory, case studies, presentations, and peer observations, learners gain the skills to confidently deliver service excellence.

Modules include Understanding and Enhancing Interactions, Infant and Toddler Care, Working with Teens, Childhood Development, Understanding and Enhancing Interactions, Mental Health in Children & Young People, Additional Needs: SEND Strategies, Sustainability in Childcare and Family Engagement.

Our Paediatric First Aid course equips learners with the essential skills and confidence to respond to emergencies involving babies and children. Through practical guidance and expert instruction, participants learn how to manage a range of situations, ensuring safer environments for young children.

This course equips babysitters and nannies with the knowledge and understanding to deliver safe, consistent, and professional care that meets luxury guest expectations. The focus is on safety, whilst exploring topics such as infant care, managing challenging situations, family interactions, and childcare best practice.

Front of House staff should be trained in elements of childcare, to ensure they have the confidence to engage positively with children and families, playing an integral role in enhancing the holiday experience. Learning covers safety, childhood development, managing challenges, and building bonds with children and families.
