Staff were outstanding, so professional and informative. I was very scared to leave my children at first but on meeting Clare (supervisor) and Claire (manager) they put my mind at ease instantly. Truly exceptional nannies and care. My son seemed happy on collection with activities and really taken with Clare and Claire. I think their happiness was a result of the exceptional care and attention. My son loved the garden equipment – cars/motorbike/garage/water play. The baby equipment kept Lily happy and so did reading and cuddles. As above overall the location and physical safety was great however the care shown to parents and children from the girls gave us the freedom to feel safe and happy so we could relax with peace of mind. I called a few times from the UK and spoke with the Clare/Claire’s before I arrived in resort, they were both professional, informative and willing to assist with all my needs. I felt safe even before we arrived. Excellent. On arrival I felt familiar with the girls and they recognised me and were incredibly helpful. Claire and Clare went beyond what is required. A true credit to your business. We used both girls for babysitting again both incredibly professional, punctual and trustworthy. My children loved them 🙂 so did we. Nothing was too much trouble. All Staff were great even staff not rostered to look after my children’s age group.  You have a fantastic team here and we will be back. Manager Claire in your wonderful, diligent, courteous and very reassuring manager – she is running a all round excellent service, what tops it off is that she was truly made to work with families and children. An exceptional nanny and a must for service like this away from home. A very happy and satisfied family who will use and recommend your business again.
