Staff instilled confidence and were friendly and welcoming. Particularly important as only family members had cared for my daughter before. Good variety of activities, Sophie was always stimulated and happy and her normal routine was worked into the programme. Spacious facilities inside and out.. I was initially concerned about Sophie going to the beach but she really enjoyed the time there and staff ratios lessened my concerns.
