The staff made my children feel special and they were genuinely sad to say goodbye. All Staff I came across were helpful and polite. I watched the staff from all clubs out and around the resort on many occasions – they took first aid kits, lists of names, need identifying t-shirts, paired them up. The staff appeared to be well drilled.
