We recently visited the Palm Tree Court resort and wanted to  give so feedback on the Crèche.

Our Son Jack is coming up to 2 and a half years old. We had pre booked him into the crèche for 3 mornings.

When we got there all the bookings were correct and we were expected and greeted with a warm welcome. The crèche looked lovely and clean and the staff came across warm and welcoming as well as organised and in control. Jack loved his time and crèche and ended up going every morning, running there from breakfast most days. He took part in a range of activities there and came home speaking new words and writing more letters.

I wanted to pass on particular feedback on Olivia , Jaz and Max. all were so caring with Jack, they made you feel very confident leaving him there. If this crèche was round the corner to us at home, Jack would be going there everyday.

A facility like this is a huge benefit to the hotel, because of this crèche we will be returning next year and Jack will be returning to the crèche.
