WK Management Consulting GmbH has this week expanded its Luxury Childcare Association (LCA) with the launch of a new Family Membership, creating a direct connection between luxury family hotels and parents seeking trusted childcare experiences when they travel.
The new membership, available immediately, introduces a consumer-facing platform that gives families access to exclusive benefits, preferential offers and direct booking opportunities across participating LCA hotels. It also provides hotel members with a new channel to engage directly with high-intent family travellers who prioritise quality childcare when choosing a holiday.
Founded by Worldwide Kids in 2025, the Luxury Childcare Association has grown to include more than 70 luxury family resorts worldwide. The organisation was established to recognise hotels that meet Worldwide Kids’ internationally recognised childcare standards.
A Platform Built for Family-led Hospitality
The Family Membership marks the next stage in LCA’s evolution, shifting beyond hotel accreditation to providing families with a trusted platform for discovering resorts that have demonstrated a commitment to professional childcare.
Unlike traditional hotel loyalty programmes or booking platforms, the LCA Family Membership exclusively features hotels that have achieved Worldwide Kids’ recognised childcare standards. Through a dedicated members’ portal, families can browse participating properties, access exclusive offers and enquire directly with hotels.
Luxury family travellers are one of the most commercially valuable and underserved audiences in the premium hotel sector. The LCA Family Membership gives our hotel members direct access to that audience, driving lead generation, reinforcing credibility and deepening long-term guest relationships.
This is exactly the kind of initiative the LCA was built to deliver: tangible commercial support, without compromising the brand standards that make our members exceptional. – Lal Askar, Managing Director – WK Management Consulting GmbH

Participating hotels are able to create tailored benefits designed specifically for families. Offers may include guaranteed childcare spaces, complimentary baby food for children, free stays or meals for younger children, spa discounts, room upgrades and flexible check-in and check-out times.
Increasing Family Engagement and Direct Demand
The initiative is designed to help hotels increase direct enquiries, build guest loyalty and strengthen their position within the growing luxury family travel market. Family members will also benefit from detailed information about each property’s childcare facilities, age groups, equipment, programmes and ongoing accreditation, helping parents make more informed booking decisions.
Hotels joining the Family Membership programme can add it to their existing LCA membership, which also includes access to the LCA Virtual Learning Environment for staff, annual childcare health and safety audits conducted by Worldwide Kids consultants, a comprehensive marketing package and participation in the LCA Awards.
“The launch reflects growing demand for trusted childcare within the luxury hospitality sector as hotels increasingly seek ways to differentiate their family offering while providing reassurance to parents. By bringing together accredited hotels and families on one platform, Worldwide Kids aims to strengthen both guest confidence and commercial performance across its member network.” – Lal Askar – WK Management Consulting GmbH
The Luxury Childcare Association’s current hotel members include internationally recognised hospitality brands such as Kerzner International, Mandarin Oriental, Daios Cove, Soneva, LUX*, Mar-Bella Collection and Domes Hotels & Resorts.
By combining enriched content, verified childcare standards, and direct enquiry functionality, the platform helps hotels improve visibility among family travellers, increase conversion from high-intent demand, and differentiate more clearly within the luxury hospitality market.
