Inspired by Zakynthos’ natural beauty, mythology, and cultural heritage, the concept Flourish transforms Fiori Kids Club into an immersive space where children are nurtured, engaged, and encouraged to grow.
Rooted in the idea of thriving like flora and fauna, the space supports emotional, cognitive, and creative development through intentional, authentic design.
The name Fiori, meaning blossom in Greek, symbolises growth, wellbeing, and abundance. Just as Contessina Hotel celebrates nature and cultural connection, the childcare environment echoes these values, offering children a space where development and harmony go hand in hand.
Fiori Di Levante: The Flower of the East
Named after Zakynthos’ poetic nickname, Fiore di Levante (Flower of the East), Fiori Kids Club draws from the island’s mythology, natural beauty, and cultural richness to create an immersive experience for young guests.
Every design detail tells a story. Gold-toned floral graphics reflect the island’s lush flora, while soft blues mirror the calm of the Blue Caves. Natural textures like wood and stone are paired with elegant art-deco touches, striking a balance between warmth and sophistication.
Guided by biophilic design principles, the space fosters a deep connection to nature, encouraging curiosity, imagination, and a meaningful bond with the island’s heritage. The result is a calm, inspiring sanctuary where children can learn, explore, and flourish.
