In participation of this level of training, childcare teams will further build on their skills to ensure a professional childcare service. Staff will learn to review, evaluate and continually improve the service offered by gaining insight into the theory behind childcare.
Tier 3 supports both professional and personal growth within childcare. Learners will play an active role in their learning by exploring case studies, presenting ideas and observing their peers.
This course teaches skills that enable that childcare team members to confidently deliver service excellence in childcare.
