I continue to be responsible for, and in charge of the care of, the children. I have informed the children accordingly and have given them instructions regarding their behaviour. I confirm that I am fully liable for any damage caused by the children.

I likewise accept responsibility for any injuries they sustain while playing, and I hereby authorise Gstaad Palace employees and activity providers’ staff to administer first aid in case of an emergency. I hereby confirm that my child / my children have sufficient accident insurance coverage and that no accident insurance cover is provided by the Gstaad Palace or external activity providers.

I understand and agree that my child must adhere to the Gstaad Palace rules whilst attending Sammy’s Kids Club. If my child displays antisocial behaviour, or behaviour that puts them or another child at risk, I agree that the Kids Club team will respond in line with the behaviour management procedure in place, and may refuse further admission.
