Primary Location: Remote (Home based) with international travel as required

Engagement Overview:

The Operations Consultant will provide specialist support to WK Operations in the planning, coordination, and delivery of WK’s childcare services across global resort locations. This consultancy requires a highly motivated professional with a collaborative mindset and the ability to operate independently within a fast-paced, international environment.

Scope of Services

  • Deliver training to childcare teams across multiple resort locations
  • Translate training materials to support multilingual delivery and ensure consistency across regions
  • Support operational planning for resort openings, transitions, and closures
  • Coordinate logistics including staff travel, accommodation, and equipment allocation
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of seasonal childcare personnel
  • Provide remote and on-site support to resort-based teams as needed
  • Maintain and update operational systems, including the Digital Safety Platform, (DSP) and relevant manuals
  • Conduct short-term in-resort cover when required
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with WK’s operational standards, policies, and safeguarding protocols
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and health & safety audits
  • Respond to guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Consultant Profile

Technical Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general IT systems
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Multilingual capabilities (Greek, German, Spanish, French, Italian) are advantageous
