The Role:

We are looking for a creative, dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Concept & Design team at Worldwide Kids.

Working closely with our team and international clients, you will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative kids’ clubs and family spaces for luxury hotels, resorts and hospitality destinations worldwide.

The role will involve taking projects from initial concept through to design development, creating spaces that are distinctive, inspiring, brand-aligned and practical.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing creative concepts and design narratives for kids’ clubs and family spaces.
• Creating mood boards, material palettes, presentations and spatial concepts.
• Supporting the design of furniture, play elements, artwork, graphics and bespoke features.
• Researching innovative materials, products, suppliers and trends across hospitality and children’s design.
• Working with architects, interior designers, hospitality brands and project teams to develop and deliver concepts.
• Balancing creativity with functionality, safety, durability and operational requirements.
• Presenting and communicating design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Managing multiple projects, deadlines and international clients.

We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent attention to detail and a passion for design, interiors and creating exceptional experiences for children and families.

The role is fully remote, with occasional international travel for client meetings, presentations and site visits.

Skills and expertise (Required):

• University degree in Interior Design
• Strong understanding of the full design process
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong technical drawing skills, including joinery drawing packages
• Proficiency in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• FF&E experience, including sourcing and supplier liaison
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

Desired but not essential:

• Experience in children’s design
• Experience with outdoor play equipment
• Landscape architecture background

Relevant experience:

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Design Consultant role or similar
